The project will bring together 24 young people from Italy, Poland, and Portugal. It is led by the cultural association <em data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"531\">Lighthouse Languages<\/em> of Orte, in collaboration with the youth organization <em data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"610\">S\u00f3jovem das Saibreiras<\/em> (Ermesinde, Portugal) and the Municipality of Wieliszew, Poland.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"1071\">Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on the core values of unity, solidarity, and democracy\u2014foundational pillars of the European project. The event aims to promote youth participation in European decision-making processes, intercultural understanding, and civic engagement, building a bridge between the past and the present and encouraging deep reflection on European integration.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1155\">The program will be rich with participatory and interactive activities, including:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1897\">\n<li data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1313\">\n<p data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1313\"><strong data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1184\">Co-creation workshops<\/strong> involving young people and local and European policymakers, offering the chance to present proposals and discuss youth policies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1490\">\n<p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1490\"><strong data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1360\">European Council simulations (role play)<\/strong>, where participants will represent various member states and debate issues such as inclusion, sustainability, and digitalization.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1660\">\n<p data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1660\"><strong data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1514\">A civic hackathon<\/strong> focused on sustainability and democratic participation, where participants will develop prototype initiatives to bring back to their communities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1661\" data-end=\"1767\">\n<p data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1767\"><strong data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1682\">A street action<\/strong> to raise awareness about active citizenship and share Ventotene\u2019s historical legacy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1897\">\n<p data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1897\"><strong data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1806\">Creative and cultural activities<\/strong> such as writing and drawing workshops, along with opportunities to explore the local area.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1899\" data-end=\"2083\">The week will conclude with the awarding of <em data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"1954\">Youthpass<\/em> certificates\u2014European documents recognizing the skills gained\u2014and community events to share the young participants\u2019 experiences.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2085\" data-end=\"2250\">With JUNIOR EU, Ventotene once again affirms itself as a true
